Do you understand

why I can't be with you

to watch you hold her hand

Is something I can't do

I think about you so much

but, i can't tell you so

and although i need your touch

I can't let my feelings show

I think of you holding her

then listen to what you say

my mind begins to stir

I can't live my life this way

I wish I could have you

all of the time

I wish you weren't hers

I wish you were mine.
